The power bank arrived pristine, in a never opened/sealed box, and in perfect condition. The box showed no signs of damage or wear, just a little age. The power bank arrived at a charge level of 27%. The seller was very responsive to my questions. Buyer beware, although the power bank is able to output up to 87Wh, three of the USB ports (C2 and A1/2) are limited to 20Wh in any combination; limiting high speed charge on those ports (see chart from owners manual).

It would have been more helpful to have a printed owner's manual , or a better auction description for those of us still beginning to learn about solar powering rechargeable battery units (LiPo and XT60 anyone ?). Where has Eufy been all my life?
I was really not convinced when I purchased this thing but Eufy has proven itself. I can now put lotion on my feet and walk around and not have any grit sticking to my feet. I run it twice a day and don't baby sit. When I come home Eufy is always back at the docking station. I have even set up traps to get it stuck but it Eufy can get in Eufy can get out. Oh, Eufy doe's not like wires but I have secured all cords above the floor. I guess the only thing now is to see how long it lasts.I was really not convinced when I purchased this thing but Eufy has proven itself. Lovely if you have a lot of open space
Its a lovely machine BUT you must have a house with a lot of floor space. My house is small with lots of things and it just couldn't get into or around most of it. I tried moving everything but then I had to wait till it finished and replace everything which was more work than just vacumming. If you have a lot of open space I highly recommend.

I couldn't be more happy with this little bot! I've had several robot vacuums. This one really blows me away. Minimal features that WORK very well. It has great suction but is somehow small and quite. It does well on hardwood and carpet. It navigates around things tightly and rarely gets stuck. It uses a remote control instead of a phone app, but I've found once it's set up, I have little need for either. It does not have room barriers, but again I'd rather give that up for something that actually vacuums well without constant interference.I couldn't be more happy with this little bot! My wife asked for a robot vacuum cleaner for her birthday. I researched, read reviews, and settled on this model. It did not disappoint. We have laminate and tile floors only on the main floor, and a small dog that leaves hair everywhere. It chugs along, merrily doing it's thing and gets it all up. I close the bedroom doors so the area isn't too large, and it gets the living room, hallway, and kitchen. I use the room mode in each bedroom individually. I'm amazed at how much it picks up. Very good vac
I have seen the robo vacs they do a good job but are very noisy and hard to program. This vac is so easy to operate and less quiet and so easy to clean. And the price was good except for getting a message from vender a day after I ordered that price dropped but all is good we are happy with Ozzy that's what we call it. Thank You
