So sorry for your loss but to no fault of ours, if you wanted it guaranteed you should have paid for that service you did get it for half the price of the manufacture , we send out 100's of parts 1st class postage and your the 1st person that never got it. More then likely it showed up later but you can keep it , USPS has issues for sure
