    I have purchased a gyroor hoverboard before for my son. And I got to say that I really enjoyed riding it because of the smooth ride, lights and the bluetooth. I have purchased this for myself but I am uncertain if it would be ideal for adults as well. When it was delivered, I immediately tried and it didn’t disappoint me. It has a rugged 6.5 "off-road rubber tires that make it easy for kids and adults up to 176 pounds to travel through dirt, turf and even gravel on a variety of surfaces. It is suitable for me since I like to try it on different surfaces along with my favourite music. It became our father and son bonding. Mostly people would see us and they will ask where did we bought it or they will compliment how cool our ride is. If you’re a cool dad like me, you definitely need to buy this!

     Compared with our Gyroor Warrior 8.5 inch All Terrain which is more than twice as expensive, this new Gyroor G13 is much fancier (kids love the cool LED lights) but lightly-weighted (plastic fence) with less power. My 7-yr-old can carry it in and out easily. It’s very easy to ride and control. With very little experience, I (140 lbs) can hop on and ride it very smoothly on the drive-way. On the grass, it carries my 40-lbs son pretty well but has some hard time carrying my 70-lbs son. The bluetooth speaker is easy to connect and has awesome sound quality. Overall it’s quite a decent and fancy toy for young kids.

    This company has 4 communication methods: Chat, Phone, Web and E-mail.
    I used all 4 with poor or no communication.

    Chat worked with very slow interaction. The charger of this unit did not appear to work out of the box because the red light was not visible. I sent a picture via chat as well as my order number. The rep confirmed it was an issue and promised to send a replacement which I never received.
    The representative also confirmed that Gyroor was using the XM app to communicate with the G13 Hoverboard. This apparently was a lie because there is no APP that can communicate with the Hoverboard, so there is no way to change any settings or do any kind of troubleshooting.

    The unit I received was constantly beeping at low and higher speeds plus it only goes on flat surfaces and do not expect this unit to go "off-roading".
    I never got an answer to my inquiry about the constant beeping. Beeping only stopped when it was stationary. Recalibration did not help at all, and the battery was charged.

    The lights on this unit are nice and the Bluetooth also connected ok, although the functional use is questionable. I suppose that all depends on personal preference.

    I also called their phone number multiple times and never got through. No one answers and apparently other folks have had the same experience.
    The communication via web was not answered either.
    Finally, the email that I sent was answered with Chinese characters in the email header with the request to send a picture of the order plus a video of the issues I encountered. I already had sent them all that info so these are, in my opinion, all delay tactics.
    Hopefully other people have better luck with this. I will try a different brand.

    My 7 year old got the hang of riding this within a day. So far because of mud and wet lawns, we haven’t taken it off the sidewalk/driveway too much, but the little we’ve tried, it does work on the lawn! It maneuvers with precision as my other daughter also bought the same hoverboard and they can go around each other easily.

    The Bluetooth speaker works great and it’s fun for the girls to move on their boards to the music.
